
But First, Water
Many of us don’t drink enough water, even though we all know how important it is to stay hydrated. So, here’s a friendly reminder to drink plenty of water BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER your experience with us. We will provide drinking water to help everyone stay hydrated.

Arrive in Advance
All sessions will begin promptly in small group settings. Dress for comfort – think ‘athleisure’. To ensure a positive experience for all, we ask that breathwork participants arrive at least 5 minutes early - just in time to grab a yoga mat and an eye mask (provided for your use). Breathwork session door will be closed 5 minutes after start time. Our goal is to provide a smooth check-in process, and avoid any session interruptions.

Breathwork Journey
Instructor lead small group breathwork sessions include 15-20 minutes of conscious breathing exercises while laying down on the back or sitting up position, in a relaxed state. Connecting the mind and body allows us to tolerate the extreme temperatures by focusing on our breath through the discomfort.
Although it’s not required, we highly recommend a breathwork session before your sauna and cold plunge especially for newbies, (see our Services page for more details). We provide yoga mats and eye masks for your use.

Sauna Etiquette
We have a shared, communal traditional sauna that fits 4-6 ppl. Don’t forget your swimwear, be comfortable… we are flexible, any water resistant attire made with materials such as nylon, lycra/spandex are accepted and required.
Amount of time spent in the sauna depends on each individual, recommended time is 10-15 minutes. Sauna will be kept between 165°F-175°F.
We ask that all guests rinse after the sauna BEFORE plunging to ensure cleanliness for all. Rinsing showers and towels are provided for your use.

Plunge Power
Friends Make it More Fun! We can breathe through this together. Length of time in plunge? Luckily, we only need 3-4 minutes at a time for 11 minutes a week for true optimal results.
Everyone has a unique plunge experience, but we mostly come out feeling EMPOWERED! Our Plunge tub temperatures will be kept between 50°F/10°C and 55°F/12°C.
New to cold plunge? We are here every step of the way… But don’t forget our guided breathwork sessions, they are offered to help prepare you for the intense temperatures - optional but highly recommended. Let’s Take the Plunge Together!

Rehydrate
Remember to replenish and stay hydrated after your experience with us. Tune in and listen to your body, we recommend plenty of water for the remainder of the day.
Not a big water drinker? Try infusing your water with fresh fruits like berries or refreshing flavors such as mint, cucumbers, and lemons.
