    Designed to help you relax, get in tune with your breath and be prepared for the intense heat and cold.

    ** We provide water, mats, blankets, towels, and rinsing showers.

  • Traditional Communal Sauna

    Traditional Communal Sauna

    Just 10-15 minutes of intense heat to detox and heat up in preparation for the cold plunge (contrast therapy).

    You may go back and forth between sauna and cold plunge as many times as desired during your 30 minute session.

    Our sauna will be kept between 165°F-175°F (74°C-79°C)

    ** We provide water, mats, blankets, towels, and rinsing showers.

  • Cold Plunge

    Semi-Private PLUNGE tubs. Only 3 minutes needed for maximum benefits.

    Plunge Newbie? We are here to guide you all the way through. We also encourage plunging with a friend in our community plunge rooms. Friends make it more fun!

    You may go back and forth between sauna and cold plunge as many times as desired during your 30 minute session.

    Our plunges are set to 49℉ -52℉

    ** We provide water, mats, blankets, towels, and rinsing showers.

  • Red Light Therapy (Full Body)

    Full Body Red Light Therapy treatment, only 20 minutes.

    Recommended 3+ visits a week for optimal results.

    Just bring your beautiful bare clean skin - no serums, creams or lotions.

    Consistency is key!

    ** We use clinical grade PlatinumLED RLT device. Full Spectrum.

    We provide protective eye wear.
